By browsing the Site, submitting a form, or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

3. No Brokerage or Agency Relationship Is Created by Using This Site
This is the most important thing on this page. Browsing the Site, reading a market report, requesting information, or submitting an inquiry does not create a brokerage or agency relationship between you and Jeni Hall or Jeni Hall Real Estate LLC. Under Georgia law, a brokerage relationship is established only through a written agreement signed by both parties.
Until such an agreement is in place, we owe you no fiduciary duties, and you should not assume that information you send us is treated as confidential in the way it would be within a client relationship. If you are already represented by another broker under an exclusive agreement, nothing on this Site is intended to interfere with that relationship.
4. Information Is Provided for General Guidance
Market reports, community pages, price ranges, days-on-market figures, school-zone references, and commentary published here are provided for general informational purposes. They are compiled in good faith from sources we believe to be reliable, but they are not a substitute for professional advice about a specific property or transaction.
- Not an appraisal. Nothing on this Site, including any market analysis or valuation we prepare, is an appraisal or a guarantee of value. An appraisal may be performed only by a licensed appraiser.
- Not legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or lender about your own circumstances.
- Market figures move. Statistics reflect a stated period and a stated source, and in a segment with relatively few transactions a single sale can shift a median noticeably. Figures published here are accurate as of the date shown and are not updated continuously.
- School zones change. Any school reference is descriptive and subject to redistricting. Verify attendance zones directly with the school district before relying on them.

Certain listing content on the Site is provided through Internet Data Exchange (IDX) from First Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (“FMLS”) and remains subject to FMLS rules and the disclosures shown in the Site footer. Listing data is supplied by participating brokers and is not independently verified by us.
Listing information is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may be used only to identify prospective properties that a consumer may be interested in purchasing. Availability, price, and property details change frequently and may be out of date or contain errors. Verify anything you intend to rely on before acting.
You agree that you will not:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise systematically extract listing data from the Site by automated means.

8. Your Submissions and Communications

By submitting an inquiry you agree that we may respond by phone or email about your request. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
